Today is my Birthday!

In honor of my birthday I’ve started a fundraiser for a cause close to my heart. If you’ve read my book Catalyst, this will be familiar.

Days for Girls International helps girls in the developing world find sanitary ways to manage their monthy cycle so they can get an education.

Conference and Retreat Time!

It’s conference time in Houston! We’re here at Romance Author Mastermind to learn all the things about the business of writing. #RAM2018 is the brainchild of author Skye Warren and I’m so excited to be attending!

Grant Family Adventures

Thursday night we went to a Seattle Seahawks game. The Seahawks lost to the Oakland Raiders 30-19, but it was a lot of fun to watch the game in person!

A Tour of the USS Somerset

A few weeks ago, my husband and I toured USS Somerset in Seattle as part of SeaFair/Fleet Week. I try to do ship tours when I can – great research for writing military thrillers, plus my husband works for the Navy, and he used to work for Naval History and Heritage Command, so the tours are good for his knowledge base as well.
